Polycarbonate (PC) countersunk Dome head screws have the same dimensional specification as our standard PC Countersunk screws; however they feature a protruding dome similar to that of our pan head screws.

Our Domed PC countersunk screws are transparent in colour.

HPP’s Countersunk screws are manufactured with a standard Phillips cross head drive type (ranging from drive #1 to #3), this allows for more than adequate torque for the fastener specification.

The standard head angle for all our domed countersunk screws is 90 Degrees.

Our PC screws are commonly used in general applications due to low unit costs, high impact strength and non-corrosive properties.

Certificate of conformity available on request.

What are Polycarbonate Countersunk Dome Screws?

Polycarbonate is a type of plastic that is known for its strength, transparency, and impact resistance. It is often used in applications where these properties are desired, such as in the construction of windows, eyewear, and electronic components.

Countersunk screws are screws with a conical head that is tapered and flat, allowing it to be sunk into the surface of the material it is fastened to. They are used in applications where a flush finish is desired, as the head of the screw sits flush with the surface of the material.

Dome screws are a type of countersunk screw with a round, dome-shaped head. They are used in applications where a low profile and smooth finish are desired.

Polycarbonate countersunk dome screws are countersunk dome screws made of polycarbonate material. They are used in a variety of applications where the combination of the strength, transparency, and impact resistance of polycarbonate with the convenience of a countersunk dome screw is desirable. They are typically used in applications where these properties are necessary, such as in the construction of windows, eyewear, and electronic components.
